Will suddenly changing the time i take the pill everyday change it's effectiveness?

I have been on the pill for three months now and I have an alarm set that tells me to take them at 10pm every night, so I always take them on time. Well recently, 10pm is becoming more and more inconvenient. If I all of a sudden go from taking them at 10pm to 3pm will that change their effectiveness? My fiance and I have sex a lot and if changing the time I take my pills makes us have to wait I would rather not do it. So will it harm anything?Will suddenly changing the time i take the pill everyday change it's effectiveness?wait until you start a new pack.
