My birth date is wrong on my driver's license. Will changing my birth date change my license number in TX?

I am concerned an employee background check will be wrong until the birth date is corrected on my driver's license. This in regards to retrieving a driving record, etc. My current driving record is under my wrong birth date. You need to contact your Department of Motor Vehicle immediately and advise them of the mistake and change it.
