Will changing the order the files were placed in mess up a game client?

If I download a game %26amp; move the files around in it after the download, will that effect the game client? because I keep getting Error Code (Reach the end of file), client will not open, and it says Error code (DLL for class not found)Will changing the order the files were placed in mess up a game client?as long as you keep them in the same folder, if you move them to a new folder then yes it wont workWill changing the order the files were placed in mess up a game client?Moving files around inside their original folder will not affect the game.
