I'm 99.9% sure that changing the date has not been an effective way of keeping software from expiring since 1996. Don't they bury some crap in the registry somewhere? It doesn't make any sense to me that microsoft would make it that easy. if anyone can point me to an article or resource, that would be awesome. anyone can say %26quot;yes%26quot; or %26quot;no%26quot; but I would really rather have some solid evidence, even if it means I'm wrong. :)Will changing the date on a computer keep windows trial version from expiring?changing the date will not work. i tried it.
