Will changing my diet to 2000 calories help me lose wieght?

I'm quite sure that my daily diet consists of more than 2000 calories. Will just bringing it down to 2000-1200 calories help me lose weight quickly? I don't really have to time to go to the gym or hop on a treadmill. So small excersizes that you can reccommed also helps. Will changing my diet to 2000 calories help me lose wieght?Goto my source to calculate your BMR, which is the amount of calories you require each day to remain at your current weight.

For example, say it is 2200. You have to eat 2200 calories per day to remain at your current weight. So if you eat 2000 calories, this is a net of -200 calories. If you do this for each day of the week, you end up with -1400 calories.

Each pound of fat is equal to 3500 calories. So each week, you'll actually lose 0.4 pounds just on your diet alone.

Add in exercise for more weight loss. Will changing my diet to 2000 calories help me lose wieght?to lose weight you should eat between 1200-1600 calories each day and exercise for at least 30 minsWill changing my diet to 2000 calories help me lose wieght?Yes!!! Go for around 1800 if you're a female, (2200 for male - it's so unfair, males get to eat more without putting on weight!!) Don't go down to 1200 - you'll be starving and won't be able to keep it up. Watch out for hidden cal in drinks, and drink plenty of water (at least 8 glasses a day.) Also make sure you keep your calcium levels up as this speeds up your metabolism. Any exercise will help - running up and down stairs, walking to the postbox, even hoovering. Will changing my diet to 2000 calories help me lose wieght?try not to eat more than 1500 calories a day
