My menstrual cycle is changing, will it stay this way?

I thought I could be pregnant in the last 2 months, because in December i was 4 days late for my period and then January I was 5 days late. The most I've ever missed is 1 day and my cycle has always been regular, and now the last two months has been irregular, is my cycle just changing or was it a near pregnancy? Stress, exercise, and what you eat and do has a lot of impact on your period. Also, they say the moon plays a role in it too. Like if you have your period on a full moon, it will come on the next one even if it is 32 days away. Mine was always irregular.
