Will changing my CPU to a higher clocked version affect Windows Vista?

I just want to change my CPU, my motherboard is fine and will support my new CPU but since my PC is an HP and it didn't come with a Windows disk I do not want to have to buy a new OS disk.Will changing my CPU to a higher clocked version affect Windows Vista?It won't affect your Operating system at all don't worry, your computer will update itself with your new CPU from the moment you press that power button.Will changing my CPU to a higher clocked version affect Windows Vista?i dont think sooo, id just try to find somebody that already has a new os disk
