I'm in the process of rar'ing up a bunch of rarely used files, and I was wondering what changing %26quot;Dictionary Size%26quot; and %26quot;Word Size%26quot; would do to my archives?
Dictionary Size is 64MB and Word Size is 64 atm.How will changing compression setting on archives affect size?Word size
Increasing this will use more CPU, but compress buckets smaller. Don't set it over 64.

Increasing this will increase RAM usage, but compress buckets smaller. Don't set it over 8MB.
