Will changing my 360 disk drive will ban me from Xbox live?

My 360's disk drive has crapped out on me past its warranty. I don't want to pay 100$ to send it in and I don't want to force the RROD either. I have a local shop that can fix it, but I hear if they open up my xbox and change the disk drive, that will flag my system for live ban? Even if it is just the magnet or spring, I don't want to take it out if it will ban me.Will changing my 360 disk drive will ban me from Xbox live?Ha no they wont ban you for fixing your 360, your warranty will be void once they open it that's all.
