My voice started changing like a month ago and im starting to get annoyed cause im a tenor in choir and i cant sing that high without crazy cracks or going to my heap voice. Will it go back up at all when its done and how much longer?

If you have a vocal coach, like I did, he/she'll just basically tell you to keep going with your vocal scales, and drink lots of heated/not too hot water/tea, because it'll aid you through this time.



If you just started a month ago, then it'll probably take another couple/maybe 3-7 months, everyone is different. For me, it took three school semesters, and a summer. Tough for me, since I sang too. Relax, at this time, it's hard to sing so just take it easy. If you sang perfectly/nicely when you were younger, you ought to get a nice voice after this change. It may be deeper, but oh well, you get to explore a deeper vocal range. :)

I started with cutting out caffeine all together at first...I went for roughly a year without caffeine but then I got a job at Starbucks and I started drinking coffee like a fiend.

What I experienced from just cutting that out though was serious weight loss-soda makes me so sick now too.

I almost feel more attentive since I've stopped drinking soda too-everything is much more clear. I've also learned that drinking more water in the morning or whenever will wake you up better than a soda/caffeine, so it's good that you've started to drink more juice and water.

I'm 5'9/10'' and I weigh around 8 stone 10 (55 kg) although maybe slightly less. Although this is low for my weight I'm pear shaped and I don't want to lose any more weight, I just want to tone up my thighs and be less pear. So on a usual day I eat cereal, a sandwich and some fruit and a main meal at night with fruit for snacks. On Thursdays I eat chocolate and on Sundays I eat some different snacks (ice cream etc). I've been eating like this for ages but didn't see a change, so for the past week I have been doing 15-30 mins jogging and some leg and tummy toning exercises every day. I also do an hours sport on monday and wednesday and a dance class on a wednesday too.I'm a size 8 (4 in america), but sometimes a 10 (6 in america) in bottoms and I just want to be a toned size 8. Trimming fat off your body makes muscle development more visible when weight training so If it's definition you're after and not just general strength then I would focus on some cardio (Running/rowing/cycling) to lean down your body so that muscles become more noticeable. This especially applies to working your abs because only when you lose fat can you see your 6 pack more clearly. Hey! It worked for Rocky Balboa!

Alot of the elderly from the north east United States move down there...That's all I need...a bunch of retirees wanting to crash their cars into mine every day of the week because they've all turned into a bunch of hot heads!!??!What will become of people if the climate changes drastically?A partial melting of Greenland's ice sheets would raise oceans several feet. This would flood coastal cities and regions all around the world, causing millions of people to be displaced and doing massive damage to world economies. I don't know if that would make people more flirty, but it would almost certainly lead to conflict.

living in the northeast, our past few winters have been unbelievably mild with little snow. it is rather depressing to not be able to experience each season for what it use to represent. our springs are no-existent. summer is relatively cooler. fall brings the weather we should have had in the summer.
