I have given up Soda what kind of changes will be coming up for me?

I have decided to try and live more healthly and I am starting with Soda. I use to drink so much Pepsi. So I am 2 days into it, what will I start feeling? No headaches yet but my sleep patterns are a little messed up. Thanks! I am replacing the soda with water and some juice for now.I have given up Soda what kind of changes will be coming up for me?I've tried and the biggest thing I noticed was after a meal, I was looking for that fizz and sugar, almost as if i was searching for a desert. I have on many occassions passed on buying more pop at the store, but then having to walk across the street to spend $1.29 for a 20oz after a good meal. Other than health related withdrawls (headaches, jitters), you will save a lot of money. I started with cutting out caffeine all together at first...I went for roughly a year without caffeine but then I got a job at Starbucks and I started drinking coffee like a fiend.

What I experienced from just cutting that out though was serious weight loss-soda makes me so sick now too.

I almost feel more attentive since I've stopped drinking soda too-everything is much more clear. I've also learned that drinking more water in the morning or whenever will wake you up better than a soda/caffeine, so it's good that you've started to drink more juice and water.



You will probably be getting some headaches soon, and have cravings too-I'd skip out on going fast food for awhile since you'll be tempted to get a fizzy drink.I have given up Soda what kind of changes will be coming up for me?Still try to get some caffeine every now and then since you may get headaches. I have done the same thing, also with coffee. I suggest you start drinking Ice tea or Hot tea. You will get use to the sleeping problems , since your body is trying to be normal now.
