They like to do things that'll nearly get them in trouble, yet they aren't doing anything against their parent's rules. They may also notice that they're more sexually aware and their behavior and comments will affect that. The male may change completely and do immature things like acting as though he's engaged in a sexual activity and such. You may also notice that you don't want to talk to your parents as much and small things irritate you because of the hormones that are changing in your body. I'm not sure if all this falls under behavioral, but these are some things that may happen, though they aren't always going to happen in every male. Of course, your becoming more mature will also be a result. You may notice that immature things your Friends are doing are irritating because it's not needed. This is a change in behavior that will most likely last through-out your life. Such things will happen in puberty and some will stay, some won't. Just analyze what you are doing and saying to your parents/friends/family and you can classify them as needed. Most things your parents notice and comment on, besides height and appetite change may be related to your new behavior and habits.
