How much of a price change will there be for new cars?

If I was to buy a 2010 model Honda this year, but waited until around September/October to get one, when all the newer 2011 models come out, how much of a price change will it be? Will it be cheaper/easier to get one since dealers are trying to clear out inventory for 2011?How much of a price change will there be for new cars?Yes, they usually offer somewhere in the ballpark of 6,000 dollars in rebates for last year model cars once they get the new ones in. Or they will offer you something like %26quot;No Interest%26quot; on the older model car.How much of a price change will there be for new cars?you can get a better deal on a 2010 after the 2011 come out the amount will vary from dealer to dealer depending on there inventory at the time find one that has several of the 10's left and use a little bartering skills see what you can come up with. might be able to cut several hundred of the current price. How much of a price change will there be for new cars?Generally speaking that's the way it works. But with a car as popular as the Honda they don't need to discount cars to sell them.

If you were looking at a Chevy or a Ford this would definitely be the case. This discounts will be significant on any left over inventory but there won't be much to choose from so you can't be picky about color or options at that point. How much of a price change will there be for new cars?Yes it will be cheaper by 6,000 dollars by kbb.com.How much of a price change will there be for new cars?No question that it will be cheaper but whether the discount will be as big as KBB suggests I would be doubtful. It's a supply and demand issue. The demand for previous model Honda's will still be fairy robust. As another responder mentions were it a Ford then that's a whole different story.
