What Changes Will Be Made To The Brewers Roster In 2010?

Are Hardy and Hart gone? Will they pick up Brandon Webb? Will they sign Fielder to a long term contract? Theyd be crazy not to.What Changes Will Be Made To The Brewers Roster In 2010?Almost definitely gone:

JJ Hardy

Felipe Lopez

Mike Cameron

Jason Kendall

Wishlist to be gone:

Braden Looper

Jeff Suppan (not happening, 1 year left on ridiculous contract)

Ken Macha(??)

Can't really predict FA signings, but I doubt Brandon Webb is coming to Milwaukee.

Based on Fielder's unbelievable year, there really is no better time to trade him. Would I be happy to see him leave? No, but would I be completely outraged, no. Don't forget Scott Boras will command un-Milwaukee-like money out of Milwaukee to sign the Prince long term.

Bush has played through injury this year and is much better than this year's numbers show. I'd say he's a good #4 guy or an okay #3. If Parra can calm down a little bit, there's no doubt he CAN be a good #2, but at this point, he isn't and we have to settle for him at #4, at best. What Changes Will Be Made To The Brewers Roster In 2010?The Brewers need starting pitching. What Changes Will Be Made To The Brewers Roster In 2010?The Brewers have two wonderful plays in Braun(32 HR, 114 RBI) and Fielder(46 HR, 141 RBI) and a good up and coming hitter in McGehee(16 HR, 66 RBI). Gallardo and Looper are their only decent starters, and Looper's ERA was 5.22. Hoffman had a good year with 37 Saves. They have to sign Fielder. They need starting pitching. I know they had some injuries with their starters, but they are not very good(Suppan, Bush) pitchers. Hart and Hardy have shown they can play in this league and can be used as trade bait. Pitching wins and they have not been known(except Sabathia) to stretch their budget for quality pitchers.
