Will Just changing your diet make a difference ?

I dont want to start excersising i dont want to loose excessive weight but maybe just feel good and healthy. My question is

Will Just changing your diet make a difference ??Will Just changing your diet make a difference ?Yes, but don't expect a dramatic improvement all at once. Generally if you haven't been eating a balanced diet, you will have some nutritional deficiencies. Things like a vitamin B deficiency can leave you feeling rather dragged down and fatigued, and the better diet will leave you feeling a bit more energetic. You would see a better look to your skin, hair and nails as well. I tell people eating well is similar to putting high octane in the gas tank instead of the cheap gas. Your car engine purrs, and you get a lot better gas mileage. Your body functions pretty much the same way. How improved you look and how quickly depends a lot on how bad things are now, and how much of an improvement you make in things. But yes, it does make a difference. If not now, then years down the road when you don't develop health problems like diabetes, osteoporosis, or cardiovascular problems. Will Just changing your diet make a difference ?um yeah im pretty sure it will make a difference if you just dont eat any junkfood or too many sweets and eat veggies and fruits as much as possible. Will Just changing your diet make a difference ?Yes, you should notice a difference if your an unhealthy eater to begin with. If you are a pretty conscious eater chances are your just not burning enough calories and you may need to start a physical activity. Simply just walking for 20-30 min 3 times a week is enough if your eating healthy. You also need to drink alot of water 6-8 glasses a day and don't skip breakfast!!Will Just changing your diet make a difference ?It can but is best to use diet and exercise together. Each time you burn or eat 3500 calories (more than 1 day) than your body uses, You will loose a poundWill Just changing your diet make a difference ?of course!fitness is 66% proper nutrition and 33% exercise..of course, exercising will create a healthier calorie deficit without causing much starin to the muscles,so try brisk walking 30 mins daily...you really dont need any other exercises for health maintenance. God bless you dearWill Just changing your diet make a difference ?You can definitely feel better if you eat a lot more vegetables, some fish, drink enough water, and cut way down on junk and sugar.

I know you said you don't want to exercise, but in terms of really feeling good (like you said you want), exercise really is the key. It can make you feel really amazing.

If you did want to lose weight (which you don't), diet would be most important. If you want to feel good (which you do), both a good diet and exercise combined will really help the most.
